Advance participates in TEGOVA General assembly
The TEGoVA Autumn General Assembly for 2019 was held in Sofia, hosted by the Chamber of Independent Appraisers in Bulgaria and with the participation of the leading evaluation organizations in Europe. Advance was also among the delegates of the meeting, represented by Tzenka Bozhilova, who also represents the Chamber of Professional Valuers as its chairman.
TEGoVA is an association bringing together all the evaluation organizations in Europe and the founder of the regulatory framework governing the valuation practice for the continent. Every 3 years, TEGoVA issues European Valuation Standards that regulate this. Another important role of TEGoVA is to maintain a register of real estate appraisers who meet high professional criteria and, after passing the exam, have the right to be REV / Recognised European Valuer/.
A total of 8 REV valuers work in Advance, most of them being among the first in Bulgaria.
