Advance consistantly performs all types of valuations
Given the current state of emergency in the country due to the measures taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19, our main priority is the safety of customers and employees of Advance.
- Our team continues to perform evaluations, temporarily relying on alternative conditions:
- We limit as much as possible the contacts between appraiser, assignor, client and third parties.
- We use photos of the assessed object, taken by the owner with the exact date and time of shooting.
- If possible, we conduct remote inspections via video link. The evaluation reports are sent only electronically, signed with QES. Let us be responsible, protect ourselves and others and take care of the risk groups in our country.
AdvanceExpert Evaluations, as a member of the Chamber of Professional Evaluators supports its official position regarding ensuring the continuity of evaluation activities: "Our members are professional appraisers and their activities are directly affected by all the restrictions imposed by the state of emergency.
In this situation, we are clearly aware of our responsibility to preserve the health of appraisers, clients and all other participants in the preparation process. In this situation, we will not stop our activities, but we will inevitably be forced to apply more innovation and caution, especially when it comes to conducting inspections and direct contacts with various participants in the evaluation process.
Although our business has not been critically affected so far, we continue to monitor the situation in the country and around the world and recommend to our members to implement a preventive response plan that is in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Business continuity measures must be designed to enable us to maintain our services, as well as to assure our members' customers that they remain trusted partners. The safety of our employees, the employees of our members and their families is our top priority. We maintain close contact with our members, suppliers, regulators and competent authorities and assess the situation on a daily basis. "
