Active participation by Advance in a seminar organized by the Chamber of Professional Valuers


A seminar on the topic "Discontinued Rates - Techniques for Formation, Practice and Current Issues" was organized by the Chamber of Professional Valuers on September 19th. The forum turned out to be a professional exchange center for representatives of all major valuation and auditing companies in the country - EY, Deloitte, KPMG, Yavlena, Amrita, Advance, bank representatives from DSK, Bulbank, Tokuda and major consulting companies - Forton, Colliers.

The main topics were presented by Nikolay Markov and Sonia Vangelova - "Current Issues in the Formation of Discounts: Risk-Free Norms and Country Risks; Discontinued Norms for Specific Industries and Objectives" and by Martin Bochev "Discount rates for start-ups and high-risk companies".

Advance participated with 11 representatives, including 4 REV appraisers, who completed their continuous professional development program, which is a mandatory requirement for TEGoVA to support this designation.

The seminar is part of a series of events that the Chamber of Professional Valuers holds with a next meeting on 30th October with the participation of international speakers.
